The camera-roll backlog.
You filmed something useful. Now it needs cuts, captions, a cover—and another block of time you don't have.
Give AI your footage and your brand style. Let it handle the cuts, captions, and finishing touches—then review the result and request changes.
More room for your family, your business, and your next idea.
Built from my own editing workflow with OpenAI Codex and local video tools.
This is footage from a video I've edited and posted using Codex and local editing tools. I reviewed the cuts and asked for changes along the way.

You filmed something useful. Now it needs cuts, captions, a cover—and another block of time you don't have.
You have opinions about fonts and colors. You want help executing them, with space to give feedback.
You want understandable steps, an actual example, and a smaller place to start than mastering a whole editor.
Explain the point, the lines you want to keep, and your preferred brand style.
Review the rough cut and visual plan. Ask for changes in plain language before the final export.
Check your video, captions and cover. Take the finished files and posting copy into your own publishing workflow.
A guided workflow for your talking-head videos. Set up your tools, teach AI your brand style, and learn how to review and revise the edit.
A setup walkthrough, a practice edit, and instructions you can return to for your next recording.
Follow a demonstrated edit before trying your own footage.
Tell the assistant what to keep, what to cut, and how you want the video to look.
Review your captions, audio, framing, cover, and final files.
Start with the practice walkthrough, then use the briefs and checklists with your own footage.
You review the result and give the next instruction. Here are examples of feedback to use in the workflow.
“Use a soft blush highlight on the important words. Keep the text readable.”
“Remove that half-started sentence. Keep the complete thought that follows.”
“Show the screen beside me while I explain this step, then return to full screen.”

I'm a mom to four kids under four, living on a ranch and building a creator business. I have good ideas and footage I want to use. Editing kept becoming the thing I put off.
So I started getting AI to help me finish my own videos. There were revisions. Captions needed fixing. Covers needed better crop placement. I'm sharing what I'm learning and turning it into a more repeatable setup.
That's what this starter is being built around: a real process, with your decisions still in it.
The starter is the immediate project. Personal Brand OS is the broader system I'm building behind it.

Brand context, script ideas, editing, imported analytics, leads and recorded sales—brought together to help you plan and review your creator business.
A separate future offer. Not included in the starter; launch details and pricing are undecided. No views or sales are guaranteed.
This is a computer-based editing process. The starter will explain the tools, setup, and review steps needed to use it.
You’ll need a computer, OpenAI Codex access, and the local editing tools used in the setup. Assistant subscriptions and usage charges are separate from this package.
OpenAI’s coding assistant works with editing tools on your computer. It takes your instructions and helps produce the video files.
A choice of assistant is the goal. This setup will be offered only after the full workflow is tested.
A browser chat alone is not the setup shown in the demo. You still review the cuts, captions, and final export.
The walkthrough guides you through the setup and shows you how to give editing instructions in everyday language. You will need to install tools and review the output; you don’t need to write the editing code yourself.
No. The demonstrated process uses Codex and editing tools on a computer. A Claude Code setup is planned for testing. Exact installation requirements will be available before purchasing.
Kelli's process includes reviewing a rough cut, asking for changes and rendering again. Editable CapCut layer export is not currently promised.
The workflow runs on a computer with the required assistant and editing tools installed. Check the supported setup listed with the package before purchasing.
Expect to review the edit. Check that the cuts preserve your meaning, the captions match your words, and the final video looks and sounds right. The workflow includes giving feedback and requesting revisions.
No. The starter focuses on editing existing footage. The broader dashboard is a future, separate offer.
